FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What are your rates?

A:  Because the dynamics of every home can be different, we personalize your estimate through a free consultation either over the phone or by a home visit.  Prices are quoted by the job with the first clean usually taking longer with shorter maintenance cleans to follow.  We recommend scheduling bi-monthly visits for best results. Sales tax will be included in the rate.  A list of questions will be asked of you in order to quote the most accurate rate as possible and are tailored to your individual lifestyle. Some sample questions are listed below:
   1    Overall square footage of home
   2    How many bedrooms and restrooms?
   3    Hard water or soft?  (Identifies if we need to treat hard water damage)
   4    Type of flooring?
   5    Kids or animals? (This will give us an idea on how much hair, nose and fingerprints, etc.)
   6    Have you had your home cleaned professionally in the past?
   7    Any remodeling completed in the home? (Gives us an idea of dust buildup in the home)
   8    Granite countertops? (We recommend additional services such as sealing and polishing)
   9    Special needs?

What tipes of Services do you offer?

A: Cleaning your home is generally categorized into 3 categories:

  1. Surface Clean – Cleaning all surfaces of your home to include dusting from top to bottom, bathrooms, kitchens, and all living spaces.  This generally does not include doing dishes, laundry, inside the refrigerator, inside the oven, or inside cabinets.  For best results, it is important that we are able to “get to” the area needing cleaned, so it is always best to declutter before we arrive.

  2. Deep Clean – Clean all of the above as listed in a surface clean, along with organizing and wiping out cabinets, cleaning the inside of the frig and oven, and wiping down baseboards and wall plates.

  3. Make-ready/ Move-in / Move-out – After   a remodel, dust will invade every crevice of your home…and we attend to every detail.  Move-in and move-outs are the same.  We use a standard move-out checklist to ensure the maximum reimbursement of any deposit you may have paid.

What kind of products do you use?

We try to keep all of our products as eco-friendly as possible. None of our products have a strong “clean” smell, which can be deceiving. However, in hard water and mold situations, and strong product can be used to eliminate the problem.

Do you send the same person each time?

Absolutely. We do our best to “assign” a particular maid to your home in order to maximize efficiency through a working knowledge of your individual home as well as to have clear communication and to build a more positive relationship between you and our company. We treat use as family and nothing less. Perfectly Maid will train for redundancy to prevent any service interruption in the event of illness or emergencies.

Are you OK with pets?

Absolutely! We love every aspect of your family and will treat them with the utmost respect that they deserve! We are careful to follow any procedures you may have in place to keep your little ones safe, happy, and excited with our visit. …And we may throw in a few treats if it is OK with mom and dad!

Do you clean windows?

We always clean fingerprints and smudges off windows, as well as dust the window sill as needed. A full window clean can be quoted. Depending on the complexity of the clean, we may refer you to a sister company that provides services specific to window cleaning.
